In order to optimize the production process and increase production efficiency, we have re-designed and optimized the existing production line of one for all mode according to different products. The first part is load cell body cleaning, stain gauge attaching, and solidifying, and then it enters in four lines -- aluminum load cell production line, alloy steel load cell flexible production line, alloy steel load cell automation line, and one set of spare production lines for production capacity reserve.

The upgraded production line will make production management more intelligent and higher efficiency, as well as more improved consistency of load cell’s performance. Working with ERP and MES,  the efficient and intelligent flexible line and mass production’s auto-line can totally eliminate blind spots of quality control.

During load cell body;s loading and cleaning, stain gauge attaching, fixture applying, Solidifying, completed load cell dispatching,  it’s all unmanned operation .

Except wheatstone bridge networking and temperature compensation , the remained processes (cleaning, glue dispensing, laser welding, overload, leak detection, initial test, retest, glue potting, final welding, marking) are basically unmanned operated from wheastone bridge networking to final test.

We have widely adopted automated and intelligent equipments, like robot loading and dispatching, automatic cleaning, strain gauge attaching via robot vision, robot force applying, robot glue dispensing, laser auto-welded, auto overload, leak auto-detection, etc.

The multi-functional laboratory enables us to take series of product performance test, obtain international certifications and achieve basic R&D, etc. In force applying laboratory, we have performance tester of load cell’s high&low temperature via dead weight test, performance tester of whole scale). In material laboratory, there are metallographic analysis, RoHS tester, spectrum tester, shock and vibration tester, etc.

In production industry of the foil strain gauge load cell, with the first innovative use of QR code to record more information of load cell, each load cell’s test information in the process can be fully traced, which makes quality control convenient and makes it easy for customers to check performance information.
